COSHOCTON: Jaemie Jeffrey "Jay" Caley, 31, Conesville unexpectedly left this life on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.

Born February 19, 1981 in Coshocton, he was the son of Jack Robert Caley and Beryl Ann (Putnam) Caley.

A 2000 graduate of Coshocton High School, he was employed by D & K Manufacturing in Frazeysburg.

Jaemie was a member of the Coshocton Sportmen's Club, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge, and the Coshocton Eagles Lodge #761. A loving father and family man, he was a friend to all and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.

April Dawn (Shearouse) Caley and Jaemie were a loving couple since June 2000 with Mariah, Shania, Stephen, Katlynn, Mary and Larry making up the family home; parents Jack (Rebecca) Caley of Bakersville and Jeff R. and Beryl A. Caley of Fresno; grandparents Barbara Caley of Gainesville, Florida, Hazel Pulin of New Paris, Donald McCoun of West Lafayette; special grandparents Charlie and Joan Banks of Coshocton; a sister Rebecca (Gene) Courtright of Coshocton; brothers David (Erika) Caley of Newcomerstown; Jack (Corrie) Caley of Coshocton, Thomas James Caley, Phoenix Caley both of Fresno; father-in-laws and mother-in-laws James and Diane Banks of Coshocton and A.J. and Sherry Shearouse of Cameron, North Carolina; brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many other family members and friends including best friend Royal Luke, Sr.

Preceding Jaemie in death are two brothers Orvill D. Phillabaum, Christopher L. Phillabaum; grandparents Jesse R. Caley, Nellie and Herb McCoun, Nancy McCoun, John Putnam and two twin nieces Caley Nicole and Carley Ann Courtright.

A Remembrance Service will be held at 12 Noon, Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at the FREE FUNERAL HOME, Coshocton with Reverands Mark McCoun and Donald Dolick officiating. Calling hours will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M., Monday, July 16, 2012 at the FREE FUNERAL HOME and from 11:00 to 12 noon on Tuesday prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Jaemie "Jay" Caley Memorial Fund, P. O. Box 961, Coshocton, OH 43812.
