Raymond Lee Siddle

DRESDEN: Raymond Lee Siddle, 81, of Dresden, went to be with his wife and Lord at 9:30 p.m. Sunday, December 30, 2012 at his residence.

He was born April 21, 1931 in Zanesville, son of the late George and Ruth Nichols Siddle. Raymond retired from Tri-Valley School District as a custodian. He also worked at McHugh Auto Dealership and David Davies Meat Packaging for several years. Raymond was a Marine who served his country during the Korean Conflict. He was also a member of Dresden American Legion post #0399 and a founding member of the Early Times Custon Car Club.

He is survived by his sons Lee Allen (Robyn) Siddle of Adams Mills and Jerry (Julie) Siddle of Frazeysburg; daughters Cindy (Tim) Baughman of Zanesville and Susan (Jeff) Schiele of Zanesville, ten grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, and brother Eugene Siddle of Coshocton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife E. "Carol" Siddle, and brother James Siddle.

Friends may call from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Wednesday at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home where services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday with Rev. Tim Patton officiating.
