Wynne Mae Welling "Together Again"

COSHOCTON: Wynne Mae Welling, 88, of Coshocton joined her beloved husband Carroll in peaceful rest at 8:50 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2014.
Born January 29, 1926 in Fresno, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Thomas N. and Mabel (Strawn) Caton.
Wynne was a graduate of Fresno High School, Columbus Business School, and 3-B School of Beauty. Before moving to Coshocton, she owned and operated the Carrousel of Beauty salon in Nellie.
On November 9, 1944 she married Carroll E. Welling who preceded her in death on July 4, 2006. The couple had attended the Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church.
Known as an immaculate homemaker, Wynne will be remembered as a loving wife and mother to a daughter Linda Louise Welling of Florida and a son Leonard (Kathy) Welling of Coshocton; grandmother to four grandchildren, Victoria (Michael) Weis, Veronica Welling, Vincent (Morgan McConnell) Welling, Jay (Ashley) Welling; and great-grandmother to Gavin and Gannon Welling; sister to Grace Caton Moore of Coshocton; and aunt to several nephews and nieces.
In addition to her parents and husband, Wynne was preceded in death by a sister Mary Caton Shaw; and a brother Edward Caton.
To honor Wynne's request, there are no calling hours and Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 17, 2014, at Coshocton County Memory Gardens with Rev. Jane Betts officiating.
Memoriums may be made to donor's choice or the Make-A-Wish Foundation, P. O. Box 97104, Washington, DC 20090-7104. Envelopes are available at the Free Funeral Home, Coshocton, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
