Gary Thomas Marzluf

COSHOCTON: Gary Thomas Marzluf, a man with a kind heart and an amazing spirit, age 66, of Coshocton, passed away on June 30, 2014.

Gary was born April 4, 1948 to the late W. Robert and Marvada B. (Stookey) Marzluf in Columbus. After high school, class of '66, he earned his bachelor's degree in business from Franklin University before entering the US Army Reserve as a Medic during Vietnam.

Gary is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Pamela (Eckelberry) Marzluf; children, Andy (Lori) Adams, Sandi (Jeff) Ahonen; grandchildren, Sam Adams, Jack Ahonen; sisters, Jean (Allen) Conkle, Joann Marzluf; brother, Stephen (Deborah) Marzluf; nieces and newphews, James Conkle, Sharon Conkle, Deborah (David) Winston, Amy Marzluf, Brian Marzluf, and Lisa (Troy) Remley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Marzluf.

The family will receive friends on MONDAY, July 7, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at the PFEIFER FUNERAL HOME, Reynoldsburg, where a prayer service will immediately follow at 7 p.m. with Msgr. David Funk officiating.
