Agnes was born on August 5, 1926 in Hilo Hawaii. She had four sisters and always loved to share stories of their childhood. She met the love of her life, Leon Turner in Hawaii after WWII and they fell in love and were married on December 31, 1946. They raised four daughters and were married for fifty two years. She was a housewife and also took care of children to help out. She was an awesome Mom!! She was strict at times yet loved us unconditionally. We always knew we could come home no matter what. We each were blessed with her love for all people and her kind and giving heart. She taught us to love and trust in the Lord and to be thankful for all we have because there are so many people who are less fortunate. She taught us to laugh at life and to see the beauty in all things. She would always say things like "Don't sweat the small stuff, take time to stop and smell the roses and Don't worry be happy." Her laughter was infectious and could always make you smile. She was such a character, she loved to stick out her tongue and make silly faces in pictures which soon became a family tradition. She was a Military wife and she loved her man in uniform! She always had an American Flag flying in the front yard and was very Patriotic. After our Dad passed away she started wanting to go and hug any and all Military, Police & Fireman... anyone who wore a uniform deserved a hug and she would always thank them for their service. They started calling her the Huggie lady. She was an Angel sent from Heaven to be our Mom, Grandma, Sister and friend...our special gift from God!! She will be greatly missed but never forgotten. We will all hold her memory close to our hearts until the day comes when we get to hug her once again. For now she is the Heavenly huggie lady.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Leon Turner. Agnes was survived by her daughters Pam Sepe Debra Westbrook C.J. Bauschka and Laura Turner and thirteen Grandchildren & five Great Grandchildren plus one on the way.
Until we meet again!
We Love you!!
