Eleanor's life spanned the Great Depression, WW II, Korean War, Vietnam & the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Her husband (Leonard) served in both WW II and Korea; her oldest son (David) served during Vietnam, both of which served their country for over 20 years each; and her youngest son (Richard) served for 10 years. She was extremely proud of this service to her country and was quick to point out that all servicemen are supported by their wives and mothers.
Eleanor was very active in her community, April Sound Ladies Club, Church & Line Dancing. She will be greatly missed by us all.
