Rebecca Karabinis Obituary
Rebecca Sue Karabinis, 51, passed away Friday January 4, 2013 at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital. She was Baptized in the Greek Orthodox faith. Rebecca known by friends and family as Becky was a 1979 graduate of Wilbur Wright High School in Dayton, Ohio and a current employee of Forum Energy Technologies in Houston Texas. She was a dedicated mother involved with the PTA, Scouting, and a true cheerleader for her kids in all sporting events. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband George Dimitris Karabinis, sisters Julie Howerton and Cathy Minjarez. Surviving her are parents Michael and Vivian Moser, sons Dimitris and Alexandros Karabinis (Jessica Dunn) and daughter Vivian Karabinis, sister Karen Plessinger, and brother Jerry Plessinger. Becky was also a special Yiayia to Sabastian and Quinten Broughton. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association.

We are having a Mercy Meal at the Annuciation Greek Orthadox Church on Sunday, February 24th from 4 to 8pm. Friends and family are welcome to come celebrate her life.

I'm so sorry to hear of Becky's passing. I graduated with Becky in 1979. Even though we didn't keep in touch, I still remember Becky's wonderful sense of humor and her laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

My sister, Linda McBee, graduated with Becky from Wilbur Wright High School in 1979. I just learned of Becky's passing. May God give comfort and peace to Becky's family and friends in this time of need. The loss of a loved one is never easy, but God has it in his power to provide all that is needed to ease the pain. I wish to extend my condolences to Becky's family.

so sorry to hear about Becky we spent alot of time together when we were younger she always made me laugh .today is her birthday i was planning to call her i pray she is with her beloved George my deepest sympathy for her 3 children sincerely Lesa Geskos
