She was born, March 8th, 1934 in Urbana, Illinois, and moved to Decatur, Illinois at the age of three. Mrs. Di Lullo graduated from Stephen Decatur High School in 1952, and Millikin University in 1956 with a bachelor's degree. She went to work for Lindsay-Schaub Newspapers, (Decatur Herald & Review) from 1953 to 1963, first as a proof reader, then in advertising sales and service. Mrs. Di Lullo taught Spanish at Eisenhower High School from 1963 to 1967. She moved to Medford, NJ in 1967, where she was a Spanish teacher at Shawnee High School, retiring after 24 years of service. Mrs. Di Lullo then taught Spanish culture at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ for ten years. She attended graduate studies at the University of Valencia in Valencia Spain. Took courses at West Chester University, West Chester, Pa; Taft School for Creative Teaching, Watertown, CT and Glassboro State College, NJ. Mrs. Di Lullo had polio when she was seven years old that left her without the use of her right arm. In the 55 years I was married to her, I never heard her once complain. She touched many lives with her kindness and compassion for others. She will greatly and sadly be missed by her family and friends and all who knew and loved her. Mrs. Di Lullo leaves her husband of 55 years, Dennis R., and son David J. The family would like to thank Samaritan Hospice for the help and support they received.
