AGE: 85 • Southampton
CHARLES F. BUSH JR of Leisuretowne, Southampton, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 10th, 2016. He was 85 yrs. of age. Born and raised in Covington, VA, he was the son of the late Charles F. Bush Sr. & Alice Potter Bush and the husband of 50 yrs of the late Joan L. Bush. He has resided in Leisuretowne since 1996 moving there from Maple Shade, NJ where he resided for 33 yrs. A Ret. Substation Operator for PSE&G, he retired in 1993 after 40 yrs. with the company. He was a veteran of the Air Force serving during the Korean War. He is the Beloved Father of Charles F. Bush III and his wife Darla of Southampton, NJ, James R. Bush of Mays Landing, NJ and Jeffrey T. Bush and his wife Grace of Bridgeton, NJ. He is also survived by his Brother James R. Bush (Carol) of Covington, VA, his sisters Joyce Boone of Covington, VA, Shirley Scroggins of Madison, IN and Sylvia Ann Reynolds of Covington, VA, his Grandchildren Joni Woodland, James R. Bush Jr., Louis Bush, Katie Bush, Brett Bush & Kyle Bush and also 5 Great Grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday from 7:00 - 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:30 - 9:30 AM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Rd., Medford, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM in the Holy Eucharist Church, 520 Medford Lakes Rd. Tabernacle, NJ. Entombment will follow in the Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson, NJ. (www.BradleyStow.com)

Charles, who was always called Bush by his wife, family and friends, was a very good man. His love for his wife Joan was so deep that he would go to her mausoleum every day when he could. He loved his children and grandchildren deeply. We always admired him for that. He and Joan set good examples for everyone to follow. He has been very ill, and is now with his love in heaven. Our prayers go out to his family and friends that the memories they have will help soothe their grief. Rest in peace Bush.
