AGE: 84 • Mount Laurel

Edward Joseph Grabowski, 84, of Mount Laurel, New Jersey passed Friday, January 25, 2013 at home. Mr. Grabowski was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived in Brooklawn, NJ before moving to Mount Laurel in 1974. He was a Wireman for RCA in Camden, NJ and Lockhheed-Martin in Moorestown, NJ for 35 years and honorably served his country in the US Navy during the Korean War. Mr. Grabowski was past president and life member of the Masonville Fire Company #1, past member of the Brooklawn Fire Company, and an active volunteer at The Little Servant Sisters of the Immaculate Conception in Cherry Hill, NJ.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years Rosemarie (nee Langowski); daughters Kathleen Borland (Dennis), Annette Tremper (Richard), Barbara Shoemaker (Charles), and Carolyn Kelley (Paul); sons David and Kenneth; as well as 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughter Susan Kelly.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, January 31st from 6:00 to 9:00 PM and on Friday, February 1st from 9:30 to 10:30 AM both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated 11:30 AM on Friday at Saint John Neumann RC Church, 560 Walton Avenue, Mount Laurel, NJ. Final disposition will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to "CHARLIE'S KITCHEN," C/O the Mount Laurel EMS, 201 Masonville Rd., to Masonville Fire Co, 105 Masonville Rd., Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, or The Little Servant Sisters of the Immaculate Conception, 1000 Cropwell Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
