ORMSBEE, John Hall Age 89; born Albany, NY, 2/3/1920. Graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Inst. in Troy, NY, in 1942 as a chemical engineer. Served in the US Armed forces in WWII. In 1946 joined Booth, Garrett & Blair of Phila, PA & retired in 1988 as President of the company. In 1946 he was married to Pearl E. Cook. They had two children. He is predeceased by his daughter Leslie Cook Ormsbee & son Richard Hall Ormsbee & is survived by his wife Pearl E. Cook Ormsbee & his granddaughter Margaret R. Ormsbee, both of Portland, Oregon, & several nieces & nephews. John died October 26th in Portland Oregon. Burial will be at Forest Hills Cemetery in Utica, NY, at the convenience of the family. He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 710 Collings Ave., W. Collingswood, NJ, 08107. There will be no viewing. Memorial service is to be held Nov. 17th at 3:00 P.M. at 20 SE 103rd Ave. Portland, OR 97216.
