Kenneth Bryan Beatty

AGE: 36 • Deptford

Kenneth Bryan Beatty, of Deptford, suddenly on November 28, 2012. He was 36.


Born in Camden, lived in Gloucester City and Carney's Point during the early years of his childhood before moving to Deptford with his family in 1984. Kenny loved playing little league baseball and wrestling. As a kid, he enjoyed skateboarding with his friends. He had a passion for cooking, music, and sports, especially the Flyers. He took an apprenticeship at the local concrete finishers union and thoroughly enjoyed it. After losing his way for a few years, he finally found his place in the world. He had a loving relationship with his son (his best friend) and family, and he is now in the arms of Jesus.


He is the loving father of Gavin Shawn Beatty; Beloved son of Theresa (nee Goldschmidt) and Kenneth Beatty; loving brother of Danielle Beatty (Jesse) and Lauren Holmes (Jimmy); and devoted uncle to Jaxon and Brianna Meglio.

Farewell Service

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday 6-8 PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home, 34 Hunter St.,Woodbury. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10 AM directly at Infant Jesus Parish at St. John Vianney RC Church, 2901 Good Intent Road, Deptford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Market Street Mission, 9 Market Street, Morristown, NJ 07960,; or Liquid Church at Kenny would have wanted to help area needy children at Christmas - If you feel so inclined, please feel free to bring a new, unwrapped toy to his viewing for donation to Toys For Tots in his memory.
