DOUTHETT, Richard B. CDR USN Retired Passed away on October 25, 2010. Resident of Cherry Hill, NJ. Age 86. Beloved husband of Dorothy I. (nee Morrison). Loving father of Diane Luecke (Albert), Deborah Staahl (James), Denise Finias (George) and David Douthett (Terry). Brother of Edward Douthett (Madonna). Also survived by, his grandchildren: Justin Douthett (Melissa), Tracy Bateman (Michael), Steven Luecke (Gwen), Jakob Staahl, Derek Staahl, Colleen Finias and Sean Finias, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 nephew, 2 nieces and several grand nieces & nephews. "Grumpy" was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He joined the Navy in 1943 and spent most of his military career as a Naval aviator and flight instructor. Relatives and friends are invited to the view-ing on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 PM and Thursday from 10:00-11:00 AM at the BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME, Rt. 73 & Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Richard's name to either: The American Heart Association (www.heart.org) or to The Salvation Army (www.salvationarmyusa.org).
