Myron W. "Woodie" Golley

On January 14, 2014. Beloved husband of 73 years to the late Dorothy R. "Dot" (nee Powell) Golley. Loving father of Raymond & Angela Golley of Millville, the late Jackie Golley, Lawrence Robert Golley of Blackwood, Jake & Helga Golley of Vineland, the late Dotty Golley-Baptiste, David Golley and Toni Davis of Boca Raton, Fl., 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, loving brother of the late Bill, Ray, Dink, Marge "Sis", sisters-in-law Edna Spratt of Melrose, Fl., Jean (Frank) DeLucca of Lindenwold and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Woodie was a United States Navy World War II Veteran. He was the founder and Owner/Operator of Myron W. Golley Cesspool Service in Gibbsboro. Woodie and his wife Dot also built, owned and operated Brookside Manor in Gibbsboro. Woodie was an avid Sportsman. He loved hunting and fishing with his family. He was a former member of L.O.O.M Lodge #548 in Lindenwold and member of the Manahawkin Antlers Gun Club. Woodie's life was dedicated to his family & friends. He was a kind, caring and charitable person who touched the lives of many people. He was truly a gentleman with integrity. Cremation was private. A memorial service to honor Woodie will be held on Sunday February 16 at 1pm at Lindenwold Fire Company #3, 2201 Bangor Avenue, Lindenwold, NJ 08021. Arrangements by the: ORA L.
