Otto H. Mayer

AGE: 81 • formerly of Magnolia

Otto H. Mayer, age 81, of Millsboro, DE, formerly of Magnolia, NJ passed away suddenly on March 20, the Angels called him home. Otto was a lithographer for Stern- Majestic Press in PA for 32 years and a truck driver for the Boro of Magnolia for 10 years. He joined the U.S.Army in 1953 and was discharged as a corporal in 1955. He learned to play drums (and leatherwood) while serving and continued both throughout the rest of his life. He especially loved his drums and music and played in many bands. His last preformance was on his 81st birthday.

Beloved and Dovoted love of his life for 59 years to Dolores Dorothy (nee- Mazzone) Mayer. Devoted father of Patricia (Ronald) Shute, Kathleen (Christopher) Lobascio, Michael (Kay), and Jeffrey (Barbara) and the late Gregory Mayer. Loving father in law of Georgette Mayer. Predeceased by 12 siblings. Devoted Grandfather of Heather, Jessica, Justin, Joshua, Jason, Deven, Jordan, Jacob and Matthew. Loving Great Grandfather of Zowie, Daniel, Brodee, Madison and Scarlett and numerous, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing and visitation on Wednesday evening from 7:00- 9:00pm from Thursday morning from 9:00-10:00am
