Ronald LaBrosse Obituary
AGE: 78 • Mays Landing
LaBrosse, Ronald Allan, 78 years old, passed peacefully at home in Mays Landing, NJ surrounded by family on September 26, 2015. He was born on August 30, 1937, in the small town of Chewelah, WA, to parents Wilfred and Irene LaBrosse.
He is predeceased by his first wife Carmella LaBrosse. He is survived by his wife Margaret LaBrosse; daughter Sandra LaBrosse Covino; son Douglas LaBrosse (Teresa); stepchildren: Benjamin Hyde (Allyson), Justin Hyde (Kara), and Sarah Mower (Harry); also grandchildren: Jacqueline, Christine, and Robert LaBrosse, Nicholas and Katie Covino, Norah and Kiera Hyde, and Baby Boy Mower. He is also survived by brothers: Lyle (Barbara) and Clark (Maria).
He served honorably with the US Navy and National Guard. A Systems and Telemetry Engineer, Ron played an integral role in the early days of the space program and all of the Apollo missions, including the first lunar landing and the safe return of the Apollo 13 astronauts. He retired with Northrop Grumman as the Senior Systems Engineer, in Mt. Laurel, NJ, where he specialized in Naval Combat Systems. An avid golfer, fisherman, and sports enthusiast, Ron was a lover of life and loved by all he touched.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 2, 11 AM, at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 5021 Harding Hwy, Mays Landing, where family and friends may gather from 9-11 AM. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Church. In the memo line, write in memory of Ronald LaBrosse for the Stained Glass Window Fund.

I'll always remember Uncle Ron for his big heart and contagious smile. It's been many, many years since those summer trips up north to Alberta, but the memories are still fresh and make those happy times seem like yesterday. Sandy and Doug, know that you are both in my thoughts.
