Holly Kirsten (Hill) Farfour passed away on Friday, March 1, 2013, in Cheyenne, Wyom.
She was born February 9, 1969, in Evansville, Indiana, to Charles and Marilyn (Griffith) Hill. She was a 1987 graduate of Central High School in Evansville, and earned a bachelors degree in social work from Indiana University in 1991. She worked in the northern Virginia area working for the Salvation Army and George Washington University for several years.
She is survived by her husband, Col. George Farfour, USAF; and daughters, Alison, Ava and Alyssa, of the home; her parents, Charles and Marilyn Hill; sisters, Charmon ( husband, Jerry) Poiles and Chauna Hill; a niece, Chelsea Poiles; and great-nephew, Aiden Poiles; nephews, Tyler and Dylan Poiles; and a great-niece, Charlee Rae Poiles, all of Evansville.
A memorial service will be held at F. E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming, on Wednesday, March 6, 2013. There will be a second service at Melody Hill Free Methodist Church at 11 .m. on Saturday, March 9, 2013, in Evansville, Indiana. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Sunset Funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time at the church on Saturday. She will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia at a future date.
