Michael H. Farmer, Jr. ("Newk"), passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016. He was born July 24, 1996 to Deloris Buchannan Cook and Michael H. Farmer, Sr.
Michael attended Caze Elementary, McGary Middle School, and Harrison High School. He enjoyed life, family and many friends!
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Mattie & William Buchannan, Sr. and Hillery M. & Patricia Farmer.
Michael is survived by his mother, Deloris "Missy" Buchannan Cook of Dothan AL; step-mother, Donese Farmer and father, Michael H. "Pops" Farmer, Sr. of Evansville IN; siblings: Maylaysia Gotti and Shiandra Buchannan of Dothan AL, Micha and Shawna Farmer of Indianapolis IN, Dishika and Dameka Weathers, Shi'randa Ealum and Michelle Farmer of Evansville IN, and Maurita Farmer of Atlanta GA. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and an enormous amount of friends who referred to him as "Newk"!
Services will be held Friday, August 5, 2016 at 11:00am at Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church with visitation from 9:00 until service time. Wake services will be Thursday, August 4th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel. Burial at Sunset Memorial Park. www.masonbrothersfs.com

I did not know your son but my grandson did, my daughter said he was very shy, but i do know his mother Delores Cook for a very long time and she was always smiling, i also know his father Micheal Framer.
