Phillip Chase Obituary
Tennyson, Ind.
Phillip Chase, 47, tragically died on March 14, 2016.
A unique soul, Phillip was very funny, loved playing jokes on friends and loved his animals. He will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his father, Elwood "Buddy" Chase; and sister, Tina M. Hicks.
Phillip is survived by his mother, Marie Chase; brother, Elwood (Mindy) Chase; sister, Mechele (Carl Miller) Chase; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be at noon on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at The Way of the Cross Church, 3533 Bethany Church Rd. Pelzer, IN 47601. A celebration of his life will follow services at Tennyson Community Center. There is an account at Old National Bank to help the family.
Bradley's Colonial Chapel is assisting the family. Condolences can be sent to www.bradleyscc.com.
