Haubstadt, Ind.
Clarence Reising, 84, of Haubstadt, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013, at the Pine Haven Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mr. Reising had retired from Bristol Myers. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Haubstadt and served as a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society for over 40 years. Clarence was a veteran of the United States Army, serving as an Army Medic.
Surviving Clarence are his wife of 57 years, Virginia "Ginny" (Riedford) Reising; daughter, Therese A. (Bob) Ryzowicz, of Lexington, Ky.; six sons, Daniel J. (Anita) Reising, of Owensville, Kevin J. (Maury) Reising, of Newburgh, Paul R. (Cecilia) Reising and Keith A. (Lisa) Reising, both of Evansville, Myron J. (Judy) Reising, of Wentzville, Mo., and Jason C. (LoSitah) Reising, of Floyd Knobs, Ind.; and one sister, Dorothy Stratman, of Evansville. Also surviving are 21 grandchildren, Jessica Church, Jeremiah, Justin and Jordan Reising, Martha, Amelia, Jacqueline, Jonathan and Patrick Reising, Jonathan and Anna Ryzowicz, Andrew, Benjamin and Christopher Reising, Urban, Masley and Jameson Reising, Mina, Nadia, Greta and Josephine Reising; and four great-grandchildren, Eliott and Lucas Church, Khloe Reising and Alice Reising.
A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 20, 2013, at St. James Catholic Church, Rev. Kenneth Betz officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 1 until 7 p.m. on Sunday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street and from 9 a.m. until service time on Monday at St. James Catholic Church in Haubstadt.
