James "Pickle" Pickard 35, of 3945 Highway 431 North; Calhoun, Kentucky died Sunday, October 27, 2013 near Livermore. James Riley Pickard was born June 9, 1978 in Cook County, Illinois to Donnie Pickard and Opal Prater Hayes, was married to the former Felicia Danyelle Hillard on September 24, 1999, and was better known as "Pickle" by both his family and friends. Pickle was a supervisor for Industrial Environmental and enjoyed horseback riding, fishing, and music. He was preceded in death by his father, Donnie Pickard.
Survivors include his wife, Felicia Pickard; three daughters, Terra Pickard, Jaimey Pickard, and Andrea Pickard all at home; his mother, Opal Hayes of Rosine; three brothers, John Roebke, Jr. of Beaver Dam, David Hayes of Rosine, and David Pickard of Obion, Tennessee; three sisters, Carol Sutherland of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Martha West of Hartford, and Tabitha Pickard of Obion, Tennessee; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Pickle's Life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Horse Branch General Baptist Church with Brother Terry Tarrance officiating. Friends may visit with Pickle's family from 2:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel.
