Margaret Rutherford

Margaret (Kelley) Rutherford, 72, passed away on December 6, 2016, at Boonville, Ind.
Margaret was born on November 10, 1944, in Evansville, to the late William Henry and Lula Mae (Ryon) Kelley.
Margaret was a member of Hatfield Bethel Church, she also attended Bethel Christian Center in Reo and a high school graduate of Reitz High School, in Evansville. She worked for the Luce Elementary School system, she loved playing with her grandkids, cooking and helping other people, spending time with her family and close friends.
Margaret is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph Rutherford in 2007; and one daughter, Karen Greene.
Margaret is survived by her son, Richard Rutherford and his wife, Lindsay, of Rockport; grandchildren, Brittney Dugas, Travis Greene, Maggie Rutherford, Becca Rutherford and Allie Rutherford; one great-grandchild, Molly Dugas; sisters, Daisy Cornelison and her husband, Dawn, of Phoenix Ariz., and Cora Maroney, of Panama City, Fla.; one brother, Mel Kelley and his wife, Linda, of Clinton, Okla.; and so many close friends.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday, December 10, 2016, at the Bethel Christian Center in Reo, Ind., with Pastor John Wongler officiating. Burial is in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is Friday, December 9, 2016, from 3 to 8 p.m. at Boultinghouse Funeral Home, Rockport.

I was sorry to hear of Maggie s passing. She was Avery sweet Christian lady. I am a friend of her sister Cora.I got to know Maggie when she would visit Cora. Your family is in my prayers.May God comfort you and give you strength at this time.
