Mary Agnes Balls
Evansville, Ind.
Mary Agnes (Boehringer) Balls, 84, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at University Health and Rehabilitation.
Mary was born September 18, 1929, in Evansville, to Charles F. and Mary Elizabeth (Folz) Boehringer. She was a member of the Catholic faith. Mary worked for Chrysler Corporation, Clarence Wolf Plumbing and for 26 years as a caregiver in private homes, retiring in 2008.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth H. Balls; son, David J. Hisch; half brothers, Clarence Wolf, Arthur Wolf, Raymond Wolf and Louis Boehringer.
Surviving are a granddaughter, Chelsea E. Brown (Damon); three great-grandchildren, Max, Emma and Henry Brown; stepdaughter, Deborah Rucker (Kenny); stepgrandchildren, Ryan Rucker (Mary) and Katie Hale (John); stepgreat-grandchild, Riley Rucker; two nieces, Arlene A. Wolf and Margaret "Libbie" Perry; a nephew, Gary A. Wolf (Lek); and a sister-in-law, Irene Wolf.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2013, at University Health and Rehabilitation, 1236 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, IN 47714, and will continue from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2013, at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 N. First Ave., Evansville, IN 47710.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2013, at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel.
