You don't personally know many of us who have left comments, but the Chiari community is sorry for your loss! We only wish we could have known and been there for him when it counted. Know though that there are a lot of starngers all across the world who have added Tyler into their thoughts and prayers because you had the strength to share a small part of his story! It will never get easy but maybe there will be some comfort in knowing that he no longer has to suffer the pain of Chiari, and you have unknowingly put him in the hearts and minds of thousands of strangers!

For Tyler:
I wish I had had a chance to know you...my brother with Chiari. Words seem so small placed against something so huge as your passing...I am so very sorry....sorry for us all for what we lost...so very sorry ... I know you are in the arms of the angels and your loved oned who have gone on before.
For Tyler's family and friends:
I feel as though I have somehow failed you all and Tyler. I wish I had known him... had been able to lend my voice to his struggle...to his condition...given opinions, advice...something!
I'm not a doctor, nurse or anything like that ...just another Chiarian in the Southern Indiana area ... but we Chiarians are closely knitted together by our struggle for a cure, for correct care, awareness of this disorder and the severity of it's complications.
I am so very sorry for you loss ...Nothing I can say will lessen that, I know. But I hope that you find some comfort knowing that the entire Chiari community mourns along with you ... God bless you all...
If there is anything I can do ....please do not hesitate to ask!
