Norma Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Roger Bissonnette, who died in 2003.
Jeanne was passionate about God's work and was active in sponsoring fellow converts to the Catholic church through the Holy Rosary RCIA program. She was a fabulous cook, a gracious hostess, an avid reader, a devoted wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and a generous friend to many. Jeanne was a fun loving woman who lived life fully and will be missed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her name to any charity that supports those in need.
Services will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Tuesday, June 24, at 10 a.m., with Father Bernard Etienne officiating.
Visitation will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Tuesday, June 24, from 9 to 10 a.m.
Arrangements are being handled by Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 477-1515.

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing! I'm sure it's a comfort to know that she's in a much better place. God is soooo good!!!
I'm also sorry I wasn't able to make the service. Last week was crazy & I just had a chance to check the paper!
