Randolph Bagby
Evansville, Indiana

Randolph was born in Kentucky to Pauline and Walter Bagby. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII at the Battle of the Bulge, where he earned the Bronze Star. He then married Lurlene Thweatt and together they enjoyed 70 years of marriage. Randolph retired from Evana Automation. He had been a member of the American Rabbit Breeder's Association for more than 50 years and won 3 National Championships. He was greatly respected by his fellow breeders not only for his work in the field, but for his outstanding character.
Survivors include his loving wife, Lurlene Bagby, who provided Randolph with excellent care over the years; children, Diane (Gene) Wilkinson, Randy (Betty) Bagby, and Vicki Brackett; grandchildren, Chris, Stephanie, Andra, Jaron, Bryce, and Drew; 13 great grandchildren and 1 on the way; and his brothers, Osborne Bagby and Herschel Bagby. He was preceded in death by siblings, Charlie, Jack, Dallas, Nita and Jerry.
