Randy Johnson (R.J.) Reynolds, 59, of Coatesville, IN passed away November 9, 2012.
R.J. was married to his high school sweetheart Suzie Hutchison Reynolds for 39 years. He graduated from Bedford High School in 1971. He received his Bachelor's Degree from IU in 1982. He had advanced studies in 2001 at the Wharton School of Business. R.J. served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked at Cummins Engine Co, in Columbus, IN as Sales/Marketing manager for 9 years. He retired from Toyota Motor Manufacturing after 25 years as Vice President of Administration in Princeton, IN. He went on to serve as President and CEO of Radius Indiana. R.J. served on numerous state and community boards including Executive member of Japan American Society, Executive member of Evansville Chamber of Commerce, BOD and member of Vincennes University (appointed by Governor Daniels) and most recently on the Executive Committee of the I69 Innovation Corridor. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne (Hutchison) Reynolds; sons, Jon (fiancée Kimberly) Reynolds and Jeff (Danyelle) Reynolds; father, William Reynolds; Brother, Bill (Bonita) Reynolds; sisters, Janie (Russell) Webb and Becky Allen; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Reynolds. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tues. Nov. 13, 2012 at Kingsway Christian Church Avon, IN with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Mon. at Conkle Funeral Home Avon Chapel and one hour prior to the service Tues. at church.
