Shayla Starr Kelley-Collins
Evansville, Indiana
Shayla Starr Kelley-Collins, 39, passed over in her sleep early Tuesday Morning, March 18, 2014, at Brentwood Meadows. She was born May 31, 1974.
Shayla was an award winning soloist, passionate about music, loved animals and as a Girl Scout attended Camp Koch for nine years. She will be missed by numerous friends and family as she rests in our Heavenly Father's arms.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Oldham; grandmothers, Rebecca Kelley and Loretta Oldham; aunts and uncles and dear friend, Jennifer Felker.
Shayla is survived by her daughter, Sylvia; sons, Seth and Nova; mother, Linda; aunts Judy Oldham and Angela Allen; and cousins, Rhonda Mabis, Betty and Paul Hayden, Tom and Dennis Majors, Scott and Doug Oldham, and Shannon Wells.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at VFW, 1800 Pollack Avenue, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.
