Ann Heinrich, 63, died April 15, 2014 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
She was born December 31, 1950 in Evansville, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Dr. Weston and Martha Heinrich. She grew up in Evansville attending Washington Grade School and Bosse High School and then attended Indiana University. She became a long time resident of New Mexico working as a labor and delivery nurse, as well as a visiting nurse on nearby reservations. Ann saw life as an adventure which she fully embraced. She enjoyed traveling to other countries including Europe, Mexico, Peru, and Costa Rica. She loved the lifestyle of New Mexico; hiking in the mountains and the crafts of jewelry making. She also was involved in many community groups there. Music was an important part of her life; ranging from musicals, concerts and garage bands. She was compassionate, loyal, and will be missed by friends all across the country.
She is survived by her brothers Dr. James Heinrich (Anne) of Newburgh, In. and Weston "Rick" Heinrich (Janet) of Henderson, Ky. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and family of friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains at a later date.
