May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I am so sorry for your loss. I met Shirley on a trip to England in April 2013. She was a wonderful lady. I really enjoyed her company. She amazed me that she could fly all the way to England by herself! We had a lot of fun on the trip :) I especially remember when we all went to the Scottish night and tried the specialty "haggis"! I remained friends with Shirley on facebook. May she rest in peace.

Shirley was the Pioneeer in getting Speech Therapy into preschools. There are hundreds of grateful parents that could say thank you. So I say it for all of us Thank you Mrs. Shirley. Rest well, your job is complete. Donna Wagner

Shirley will be missed by many! She was fun to be with, cared about others, and loved her family. She was sooo proud of her three grandsons, loved her son, Phillip, and treasured her relationship with Angie. One of her favorite accomplishments was when she coached the Cynthia Heights Chess Team. She loved her chess kiddos and developed that club to be one of the best! She was my friend---and---I miss her already!
