Beverly Ann Herman Bruneau, 78, of Gilman, Wis., has gone to be with the Lord. She left her ailing body on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014 after battling kidney disease. She was the loving daughter of Anton and Vernice Herman, and sister of Roger, Joan (Tiny) and Michael, and she lived a full, unforgettable and meaningful life. Beverly lived in many places and worked in several occupations before retiring from Eglin Air Force Base, where she worked as a civil servant at the hospital. Her children - John (Louann) Bruneau, Kathryn Reynolds, Tammy (Ken) Taylor and Barbara (Charles) Hooks - have been given an example of parenting many can only dream of. They and their spouses feel very blessed to have been in her life. Her grandchildren - Jeanette, Phillip, Tracie, Shannon, Christina, Bradley, Kenny and Joshua - have many beautiful and fun-filled memories of their Grandma to take with them and pass on. Great-grandchildren Montae, Savanna, Matthew, Macie and Hadly enriched her life beyond measure; she took great joy in all of them. Her beautiful smile and laughter will be missed, as she shared them often. The world has lost a special soul, but heaven has gained an angel. Alleluia, alleluia! A service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30 at Epiphany Church in Crestview. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Beverly's memory to the St. Jude's Children's Fund.
