Deborah "Debbie" Haveard, age 58, went to be with her lord and savior Jesus Christ on March 27, 2014.
She was born on April 10, 1955 in Bridgeport, Conn., to William and Carol Dillon. Debbie grew up in San Diego, Calif. She made Crestview her home and enjoyed many years here.
Debbie proudly served her country with a combined total of 36 years of U.S. Air Force active duty and USAF Reserve service. She proudly called Duke Field her home away from home.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Carol Codding.
Survivors are her loving husband of 18 years, Joseph "Joe" Haveard; parents, William and Terry Dillon; children, Travis Kee, Sara Patti, and Shaun Schrier; brothers, John, Steven, Paul, and Mark; and grandchildren, Tyson, Cayden, Austin, Joseph, Layla, Colin and Piper.
Debbie fought cancer with courage and strength for two years. Her passion was the
event, which she co-chaired for several positions. Her team was "Duke It Out," which she dearly loved.
The family gives thanks to Sacred Heart Cancer Center of Pensacola, FL of which Dr. Sunnenberg and staff will always be appreciated. They also thank Covenant Hospice of Crestview.
A celebration of life will be held at Brackney Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 2. The family will receive friends starting at 1:30 pm.

event and Covenant Hospice of Crestview.
