Carol Annette Hall, 75, died peacefully Dec. 30, 2013. She was born March 4, 1938 in St. Cloud, Minn.

The Okaloosa County School Board retiree was known as the Chihuahua Lady; she sold many puppies that went to live all over the world.
Survivors are one sister, Linda Richardson, and six children. The blended family includes Carol's daughter, Cena Davis (Lee) and her children, Whitney Davis and Maggie Davis Townsend (Grant); son, Clay Hickenbotam (Marcy) and his children, Seth and Ayla Ashburn (Nick) and his grandson, Draven; daughter, Katrina Huston (Jimmy) and her children, Sarah, Sam and Shawnee; son, Ron Hall (Judy), and his children, Daniel and Nick, and his granddaughter, Harley; and daughters Brandi Hidle and Sharon Hall.
Carol had 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Her mother and father, Warren and Leona Ness; husband, Ray Hall; sister, Jan Ness; and brothers, Gordon Ness and Keith Ness, preceded her in death.
