White, Barbara - Mount Vernon  
White, Barbara A. Barbara (DiNunzio) Reynolds White, age 81 and beloved wife of Everett White, passed away peacefully at her home in CT on November 25th 2014. Barbara was born and raised in Mount Vernon, NY to Joseph and Rose (Longobardi) DiNunzio on September 17th 1933. She was a woman with incredible strength, generosity, character and had a wonderful spirit of life. Barbara was an accountant for Turner Construction in both their Manhattan and Connecticut Offices. Her love for NYC took her to every great restaurant and her passion for food, cooking and entertaining followed her home. She graduated Our Lady of Victory and A.B. Davis schools. She will be truly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her husband Everett, Barbara is survived by her children Lori Reynolds (Ralph) Ragette, Steven (Laurie Adorno) Reynolds, granddaughter Francesca (Ryan) DeVino and her brother John Michael DiNunzio. The family will be receiving visitors Saturday November 29th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Westchester Funeral Home, 190 Main Street, Eastchester, NY 10709 In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to American Cancer Society. Walden, Henry - Stratford  
WALDEN, HENRY T. Henry T. Walden, age 83 of Stratford entered into eternal rest Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport to the late James Glennie and Annie Hopkins Walden, Henry had been a resident of Stratford for the past fifteen years and prior to that he was a resident of Bridgeport over sixty years. Henry served his country in the U.S. Air Force and received a General discharge. He was employed in the Maintenance Dept. with the City of Bridgeport and retired with forty years of service. In addition to his parents, two brothers Danny and Richard Walden and three sisters, Rosa Mae Walden, Jean Katherine Wormley and Annabelle "Peggy" Cox predeceased him. He leaves to cherish his memory, a son, Christopher Smith of Bridgeport; a daughter, Shirley (Toney) Walker of VA; a brother, James G. Walden of Stratford; two grandsons; two special nephews, Karl "Buckey" Walden of Bridgeport, Terry Walden of Fairfield; a special niece, Dorothy Walton of Stratford; other nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 24, 2014, 11:00 AM at Messiah Baptist Church, 210 Congress St., Bridgeport with Rev. Gloria Brown, officiating. Interment will follow in Park Cemetery. Wanat Sr., John G. - Westport  
Wanat, Sr., John G. John G. Wanat, Sr., age 68, beloved husband of Jean (Palmer) Wanat, died Friday, November 21, 2014. He was the son of the late George and Mary (Kondub). A lifelong resident of Westport, John retired as the owner/operator of Westport Electric. He was a very religious man, and was an active member of many local churches including serving as Deacon at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church in Bridgeport. He was also currently serving as president of the Ukrainian-American Club of Southport. John will be fondly remembered as a man who loved his family and loved children. In addition to his wife Jean his devoted wife of 47 years, he is survived by two children, his son John G. Wanat, Jr., and his daughter Jeanmarie Wanat; two brothers, George Wanat, Jr. of Westport, and William Wanat and his wife Judith of Southport; three brothers in law, Carl Palmer and his wife Ann of Bridgeport, Peter Palmer and his wife Rosalind of Westport, and Tony Palmer and his wife Susan of Westport; and sister in law Sue Palmer of Westport; several nieces and nephews, and he was "Grandpa" to Mark and Max. He was also predeceased by a sister, Arlene Sabia and brother in law Phil Palmer. Friends are invited to attend funeral services (DIRECTLY) at Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church (St. Mary's), 255 Barnum Avenue in Bridgeport on Monday at 10 am, followed by committal services in Willowbrook Cemetery in Westport. Calling hours will be on Sunday from 2 to 6 pm in the Fairfield Funeral Home of Edmund W. Dougiello, 36 South Pine Creek Road, with the Parastas service beginning at 5 pm. Contributions may be made in John's memory to St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church or Assumption Church in Westport.

Winton, Jean - Shelton  
Winton, Jean Jean Brewer Winton, 83, formerly of Park Ave. Bridgeport, entered eternal rest on Wednesday Nov. 19, 2014 at Apple Rehab at Shelton Lakes, Shelton. Jean was born in Bridgeport on August 7, 1931, daughter of the late Charles Brewer and Lillian Hartley Brewer. She was a graduate of the Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing and was employed by Bridgeport Hospital until her retirement. Jean was a devoted member of the Kingdom Hall Jehovahs' Witnesses in Bridgeport, CT. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Robert Brewer of FL, and her sister Betty Barnstien of Bridgeport. She is survived by her devoted daughter Laurie DeFeo of Shelton; and beloved sons, Orrin Craig Winton of Susanville CA, and Gary Winton and his wife Sandy of San Diego CA. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: David and Ryan DeFeo and Beth Winton. Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The Anthony V. Wlodarski, Irene - Johns Island, Sc  
Wlodarski, Irene Irene Wlodarski, 94, died on November 17, 2014, at Chardon Place on Johns Island, SC, following an extended illness. She was born on September 29, 1920, in Dickson City, PA, the youngest of three children, to the late Anthony and Agnes Koslowski Wlodarski. A Stratford area resident for over sixty years, she was employed as an executive secretary and retired from Textron, Inc., in 1988 following a 25-year career. She enjoyed traveling, music, playing cards and billiards, and socializing with friends and neighbors. She is survived by a niece, Karen Wlodarski, of Seabrook Island, SC; and was pre-deceased by a brother, Edward Wlodarski; a sister, Charlotte Ulatowski; and a nephew, Thomas Ulatowski. Friends are invited to attend funeral services on Monday, November 24, at 12:00pm at Dennis & D'Arcy – Abriola & Kelemen Funeral Home, 2611 Main Street, in Stratford with the Rev.
