Marlene Musante Williams, age 44, of Ansonia and formerly of Milford, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from injuries following a motor vehicle accident in Milford, CT. Marlene was born in Milford on March 10, 1968 to David Musante and the late Dee Musante. She married her high school sweetheart, the late Christopher Williams, in her hometown on August 4, 1990. Marlene graduated from Jonathan Law High School in Milford in 1986, where she was admired and enjoyed playing basketball and softball. Marlene was known well for her genuine kindness and generosity to both friends and strangers, of whom she lacked any judgment. The warmth of Marlene's smile and laughter touched many lives. Resilient and hard working, she was admired for her dedication to supporting her family and her persistent optimism throughout life. She leaves to treasure her memory her three children: Jennifer Williams of Norwich CT, Matthew and Jack Williams, both of Ansonia; her father, David Musante of Milford; her sister, Ellen Musante Ryan and her husband Kevin of Milford; her brother, Jason Musante of Waterbury; her maternal grandfather, Jack Stoeber, and her paternal grandmother, Gladys Musante; as well as many family members and friends. A church service will be held on Saturday, March 23 at 11:00 a.m. at the Devon United Church of Christ located at 30 Ormond Street in Milford, CT. All who wish to celebrate the life of Marlene with her friends and family are welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the family are kindly appreciated.
