RANDALL Mary Jane Schmidt Randall, age 93, died Tuesday, April 20, 2010 in Raleigh, NC. Born March 26, 1917 in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Carl M. and Nellie (White) Schmidt and was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace H. Randall; sisters, Grace Geissler, Sallie Majancsk and Lois Burton; her brothers, Carl Jr and David. Mary Jane retired from General Electric after 35 years of service, was active with St. Albans and The Episcopal Church Home, in Louisville, Ky. She enjoyed golf, bowling, baking and took great joy in her family. She is survived by her son, Wallace (Ed) Randall Sr. and his wife, Nancy; granddaughters, Shelley Randall Leone and her husband, Gene Nancy Greiner and her husband, Serge; grandson, Wallace (Dee) Randall Jr.; great-grandchildren, Brett, Megan (Clint), Courtney, Derek, Stephen and Briana; and many nieces and nephews and loving friends. Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 26, 2010 at 11 a.m. in the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown. Interment will follow in Zoar Cemetery, Sandy Hook. Friends may call Monday morning after 10 a.m.
