My heartfelt sympathy goes to the Michon family. I am a close friend and sister-in-law to Holly. On a few occasions when traveling with Holly, we stopped at her grandparent's home for a sweet visit. It is apparent that both Leon and Wanda were much loved by their family.

How sad to lose a loved one anytime, but especially at this time of year when we celebrate the birth of Christ. May God send his healing love, blessings and grace upon the entire family, and especially to Diane, Gary, and Holly.

Goodbye Uncle Leon
I shall always cherish my memories of you and Aunt Wanda, especially all the good times we had at Michon family weddings.
You set the bar high for being a great uncle...you and dear Wanda never skipped a beat when it came to remembering birthdays and Christmas.
Love always and forever,
your nephew, Brian

Leon Michon was my dear uncle and married to my mother's sister, Wanda, for over sixty years. I have many fond memories of family celebrations and holidays with my Uncle Leon, Aunt Wanda and other family members.
May God bless him with eternal peace. Now he is with his devoted wife once again.

Leon was my older brother. We had the same parents, lived in the same house for 19 years, ate at the same table and slept in the same bed. Leon would not go to bed until he got on his knees by the side of his bed, bless himself and then prayed to GOD. He did this every night and continued to do this every night for rest of his life.I know that his last prayer to GOD was answered because he had a special relationship with HIM. May my brother rest in peace.
