Eaton's lived in the building opposite us in FPV. I remember the Renault and the scooter and the countless hours he played his piano while Johnny and I and played stickball. Jackie and I would pound tennis balls against the wall. In later years, my passion turned to golf and I ended up in a foursome with him on several occasions at the Wheel. I often wondered what happened to the Eaton's and in retrospect wonder if my love of jazz can be traced back to him. Rest in peace Mr. Eaton and my sympathies to his wife and children. You had a good run!
