John Avacz Obituary
Avacz: John Avacz, age 74, of Monroe, passed away in his home on November 15, 2013. He was born in Hungary and was an area resident all of his life. He was a mechanical and electrical engineer supervisor for Norwalk Hospital.
He was predeceased by his wife Claire and his four siblings; He is survived by his loving daughter Diana Rowland and her husband David of Monroe; two grandchildren Gage David and Mason John; a sister in law Lynne Mazes of Stratford; and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend his funeral service Thursday at 10:30a.m. DIRECTLY at St. Jude Church 707 Monroe. Tpke. Interment will follow with full military honors in St. John 's Cemetery of Norwalk. Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association 306 Industrial Park Rd. Dear Diana and Family,
I was so sorry to read about your dad. He was a wonderful man. I remember many times how he helped my parents at there home - they were very fond of your dad and mom who are now together again. You have many beautiful memories that will help you through this difficult time. Love to all of you.
