Julia Timmons Obituary
Timmons, Julia Jablonski Timmons age 91, of Clinton, CT beloved wife of the late Francis D. Timmons passed away peacefully on June 30, 2013 in Middlesex Hospital with her loving family by her side. Julia was born on June 19, 1922 in Bridgeport and was the daughter of the late Richard and Anna Makos Jablonski. She was employed by General Electric for 25 years as a Secretary and was a member of their Quarter Century Club. Julia was an avid parishioner of St. Mark Stratford, loved cooking, crocheting and spending time with her cherished grandchildren. Julia is survived by one son Richard F. Timmons and wife Karen of Hinsdale, Illinois, one daughter Pamela Griffith and husband Roderick of Guilford, five grandchildren Erin Palmer and husband Jonathan, Kelly Timmons, Shannon Timmons, Caitlin Griffith and Roderick Griffith and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved husband Francis of 55 years, Julia was also predeceased by three brothers Paul, Alfred and Eugene and four sisters Nellie, Lottie, Millie and Trixie. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 3, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home 2220 Main Street Stratford and at 10:30 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Birendra Soreng. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home on Wednesday from 8:00 - 10:00 AM.
