PONTILLO Lucy Anna (Miccio) Pontillo of Fairfield, age 87, beloved widow of the late Daniel F. Pontillo, died on Thursday, October 23, 2003, at the Carolton Chronic and Convalescent Hospital, Fairfield, following a long illness. Mrs. Pontillo was born in Bridgeport on August 4, 1916, daughter of the late Joseph and Clementine Miccio Sr. She was a member of St. Raphael's Church in Bridgeport, and the Ladies Altar Society of the church until her illness 10 years ago. She is survived by a sister, Clara JoAnn Miccio Lesnick and her husband, Thomas R., of Bridgeport, their son, nephew, Michael T. Lesnick, and his family; also four brothers: Joseph Jr., James, Philip and Jack Miccio; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was also predeceased by her youngest sister, Mary Miccio Fazekas. A Mass of Christian Burial, meeting directly at church, will be celebrated on Monday, October 27, 2003, at 10 a.m. in St. Margaret's Shrine, 2539 Park Avenue, Bridgeport. Entombment will be in the Garden Mausoleum of St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
