Sullivan, Patrick
Patrick Sullivan, age 75, of West Haven passed away April 22, 2014 at Milford Hospital after a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth Sullivan. He is survived by his two children Patrick (Alison) Sullivan and Fawn (Leo) Fortier, five grandchildren Travis, Leo, Shauna, Sean and Tyler and his godmother Rose Noonan. Born in New Haven, April 10, 1939, Pat was a son of the late Lady Louise Paecht Sullivan. He will be remembered by his many cherished family and friends. Patrick served in the Army and Navy. His hobbies include fishing, photography, traveling, painting and all cowboy and action movies. He was an avid swimmer and Captain of the Navy swim team. Patrick was a quiet man who fought a courageous battle with his illness but throughout this time he always kept his witty sense of humor. Visitation will be Friday evening from 4 to 8pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:00pm at the funeral home, with military honors following. Interment will be private.
