Phyllis Malmberg Curtis, age 70 of Lighthouse Point, Florida went to be with her Lord on May 18th, 2014. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Margaret and Nils Malmberg. A graduate of Andrew Warde High School and Gettysburg College, she was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church and worked at the Schick Razor Company until she moved to Florida in the 1970's. A lover of music, Phyllis developed deep friendships with many musicians and played the hand bells and sang in her church choir. As a real estate broker, she had many friends in the real estate community. Her talent for cooking was enjoyed by countless who enjoyed the hospitality around her tables. She had a heart for animals and supported humane organizations. She is survived by her longtime best friend, Ray Narushko; by her aunt, Jessie Olson; by cousins: Patty and John Fallender , Elaine and George McClellan, Kevin and Pam Olson, Suzanne Fallender, Claire Fallender, Michael Olson and Sarah Olson; by her faithful friends: Daisy and Sweet Potato; and by a multitude of friends who loved her dearly.
