Wes was a graduate of Essex County Vocational Technical High School in 1964. He spent years working as a Warehouse/Distribution Manager at Bridgeport Steel Co. in Milford, CT and then for the Hutschenreuther Corp. formerly of Branford, CT. Most recently, Wes operated a driving service where he gained a reputation as both an excellent driver and trustworthy confidante. Wes enjoyed being busy in his workshop and could build or fix anything. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, loved country music and was an avid golfer in his spare time. Despite a somewhat gruff exterior, everyone who knew him recognized how truly soft he was, including and especially his grandchildren.
