Linda Dunn Obituary
Linda M Dunn age 68 of Monroe, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister passed away on March 3, 2015 at St. Vincent's Medical Center with her family by her side. Mrs. Dunn was an LPN for 50 years. She graduated from Phelps Memorial Hospital in NY with a Nursing degree. Linda primarily worked in area nursing homes last worked at Barnett Health Care in BPT. Linda is survived by her loving husband Bill, her daughter Kim Laprade and husband Derek of Beacon Falls, her son William Jr. and wife Amy of Torrington and her son Brian and wife Joleen of Monroe. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Nikole, Patrick, DJ, Jess, and Alyssa, who were the loves of her life. She is also survived by her brother Robert and wife Gail of Hopewell Junction, NY, her brother Richard and wife Marcia of Hillsborough, NC and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Friday, March 6th, at 10am at St. Stephen Church, 6948 Main Street, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may greet the family Thursday from 5pm-8pm at the Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe. Dunn family,
We are all truly missing momma Dunn.
She was such a wonderful funny lady with a fiery Spirit.
I know she is still here with us in our hearts and memories especially in her children but how I do miss her and wish we had more time.

Linda was a real special generous lady who touched all those who knew her with her gentle spirit. She was a star in this world.There wasn't anything she wouldn't do for her family. I loved her and will miss her dearly!
