Donald Russell Doulong
Donald Russell Doulong, of Marlton, NJ, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017. He was 85 years old.
Don was born in Baltimore, MD. He met his high school sweetheart in Washington, D.C., to whom he was married for 62 years. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Harvard University and had a long rewarding career as a labor relations professional, ultimately serving as the Chief Negotiator for General Electric in CT until his retirement in 1992. Don was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing tennis and bridge, and was an avid fan of watching his grandsons' sporting events and his granddaughter's musical performances. He resided in Marlton for the past nine years.
Surviving are his loving wife Joane Huff Doulong; children: David Doulong (Autumn), Donna Doulong, John Doulong (Lisa), and James Doulong (Lucia); and grandchildren: Jeffrey, Thomas, Jenna, Daniel (Debbie), Steven, Michael, and Alex.
Family and friends are invited to his visitation on Thursday, October 26, 2017, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 27, at 10:30 a.m., at the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown, 101 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown. Interment will be private. Memorial donations, in Don's name, can be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown, at the above address.
