Anna Ruth Dunn Fowler, 63, Cynthiana, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
She was born in Hardinsburg, May 11, 1950 to the late George and Ruth Ashley Dunn. She was a dietician at Edgemont Healthcare for 17 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Fowler and two brothers, Robert Dunn and Johnny Dunn.
Survivors include: two sons, Wilbur (Renee) Fowler, Cynthiana and Will (Sabrina) Fowler, Georgetown; three daughters, Linda Fowler Stone and Bonnie Fowler, both of Georgetown and Ann (Bryan) Smith, Cynthiana; three brothers, Tom (Beverly) Dunn, Cynthiana, Roy Dunn and Marvin Dunn, both of California; 10 grandchildren, Autumn Zawadzki, Billy Sadler, Mason Fowler, Jeremy Fowler, Spencer Fowler, William Fowler, Justin Mitchell, Johnny Mitchell, Jacob Smith and Sierra Smith; three great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Gibson, Thomas Gibson and Chloe Sadler; and a special friend and sister-in-law, Wilma Fowler Thompson.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 27 at Ware Funeral Home by Pastor Mike Coppersmith. Burial was in Battle Grove Cemetery.
