Peggy Shawhan Obituary
Originally from Cynthiana, Ky., she was the widow of Harold Shawhan, the daughter of Richard and Thelma Huffman and sister of Jane Ann Hinson and Emma Jean Walters.
Survivors include: her daughter, Terri (King) Lee; grandsons, Brad (Karen) Sudduth, Shane Sudduth, Daniel Lee and Adam Lee; and three great-grandchildren, Joshua, Caleb and Emily.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 21 at 11 a.m. in the Meditation Room at Battle Grove Cemetery, Cynthiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to Down Syndrome Aim High Resource Center, 22 Corporate Woods Blvd. 5th Floor, Albany, NY 12211 or dsahrc.org. North Haven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
