Anna Frances Henson Reed, 76, Berry, died unexpectedly Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at Harrison Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Mason County, Dec. 20, 1935, to the late John Mason and Nannie Jones Henson. She was a homemaker, a member of Berry United Methodist Church and attended New Friendship Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her son, John Thomas Reed.
Survivors include: her husband, Elmer Reed; two daughters, Mary Kay (Terry) Crump and Deborah Ann (Gary) Hicks, both of Cynthiana; a granddaughter, who made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Reed, Jennifer Florence Jones, Cynthiana; three sisters, Evelyn (Louis) Sutton, Mt. Olivet, Ruby (Larry) Highfield, Germantown and Karen (Mike) Eckart, Maysville; six other grandchildren, Terry Crump Jr., Jessi Boggs, Daniel Hicks, John 'Tommy' Reed Jr., Kenneth Reed and Elmer Don Reed; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 18 at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Paul Marksberry and Bro. Ronnie Angell. Burial was in Pythian Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Terry Crump, Gary Hicks, John Jones, Jon Boggs, Terry Crump Jr., Daniel Hicks, Elmer Don Reed, Kenneth Reed and John 'Tommy' Reed Jr.
Honorary pallbearers were: Bill Murry, Tom McKee, Tom Ware, Melvin Beagle and Marvin Cracraft.
