Charles Judy Marsh, 90, Cynthiana, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at his residence.

He was born in Harrison County, Dec. 10, 1922, to the late Orie Nicholas and Kathleen Judy Marsh. He was a retired tobacco and cattle farmer, an elder of Salem Church of Christ and treasurer of Salem Cemetery for over 50 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Louise Leach Marsh and a brother, Harold Neal Marsh.
Survivors include: three sons, Mike (Martha) Marsh, Roger (Teresa) Marsh and Sam (Joan) Marsh, all of Harrison County; two daughters, Judy (Richard) Martindale, Sullivan, Ind. and Barbara (John) Scott, Cynthiana; two brothers, George R. Marsh and John O. Marsh, both of Harrison County; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 23 at Salem Church of Christ by Bro. Mike Chapman and Bro. Dale Kendrick. Burial was in Salem Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass or Salem Cemetery Fund.
